We are looking for anAzure Cloud & Security Engineer to build, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure that supports reliable, scalable, and production-ready applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, cloud security, and platform monitoring. Working closely with engineering and API management teams, you will help ensure secure deployments, efficient resource utilization, and reliable platform operations across environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintainInfrastructure as Code (IaC) usingBicep, ensuring infrastructure is consistent, reusable, and maintainable.
• Develop and manageAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including deployment promotion from UAT to production.
• Configure and maintain Azure Container Apps environments, supporting reliable deployments and operational scalability.
• Implement and optimize autoscaling strategies usingKEDA to handle high-volume workloads efficiently.
• Collaborate with the API Management (APIM) team to configure and integrate SoFiles storage with the platform.
• Implement and maintain security controls, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards andOWASP guidelines.
• IntegrateMicrosoft Entra ID to support secure authentication, identity management, and access control.
• Establish and maintain platform monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure visibility into system health and performance.
• Identify infrastructure, security, and deployment risks, implementing improvements to strengthen platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to promote cloud engineering best practices.

Requirements for this challenge

• Strong experience working withMicrosoft Azure cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience withBicep and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintainingAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of deployment strategies and environment promotion, particularly from UAT to production.
• Experience withAzure Container Apps and container-based application deployments.
• Experience implementing autoscaling solutions, preferably usingKEDA.
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, and identity integration.
• Understanding of cloud security principles, access management, and secure infrastructure configuration.
• Familiarity withOWASP security guidelines and secure application deployment practices.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Azure storage solutions with API Management services.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, secrets management, and managed identities.
• Experience with security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with high-availability architectures and autoscaling strategies for high-volume workloads.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident investigation, and platform reliability improvements.
• Relevant Azure certifications in cloud administration, security, or DevOps.
