2026 Campus - Field Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prompt response/service to customers.
• Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D reports.
• Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction.
• Field failure verification for customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering.
• Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good at English (spoken and written)
• Strong PC skill especially on datamining.
• Independent working behavior
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Automotive
• Semiconductors and failure analysis knowledge
• Familiar with 8D, 5 why, FTA, TS, VDA, FMEA, Control plan
