Administrar la gestión del Distribuidor, ajustándose a los procedimientos y protocolos del DMS

• Elaboración de Matinales con equipo de distribuidores a cargo
• Seguimiento diario de las rutinas y Kpis

• Acompañamiento y supervisión de la fuerza de ventas del distribucion

• Refuerzo de conocimiento de oferta y novedades comerciales a la fuerza de venta

• Visitas diarias de supervisión a los puntos de ventas de las rutas asignadas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los Kpis del negocio

Rentabilizar el roll out de red en su zona

• Apertura de PdV y PdA en zonas de nueva cobertura
• Altas y Gross adds en zonas de nueva cobertura
• Ingresos y Tráfico en Clusters de cobertura nueva y Overlay
• Definición de oportunidades de despliegue de red
