We're seeking aBusiness Development Manager to drive growth across our HVAC Retrofit ProjectsbusinessinSydney.Thisroleofferstheopportunitytoleverageyourtechnicalandprojectexperiencewhilesteppingintoastrategiccommercialpositionwhereyou'llshapemajorbuildingupgradeprojectsfromconceptthroughtoaward.

Youdon'tneeddecadesofsalesexperience.We'reequallyinterestedintechnicallystrongindustryprofessionalswhounderstandHVACsystems,canbuildtrustedrelationships,andwanttoinfluenceprojectsearlierinthelifecycle.

• Guideopportunitiesfrominitialengagementthroughtoproposaldevelopment,negotiation,contractaward,andprojecthandover.
