Job Type: Fulltime
Skills Required:
Deep JVM specialist. Migrates services to newer JDKs (17→21, 21→25) to exploit memory features like generational ZGC and compact object headers, resolves migration blockers, profiles heaps, and right-sizes Xms/Xmx/metaspace. Newer JDKs can cut heap usage meaningfully "for free" if the migration is done correctly.
