Job Summary:

The Senior Automation Engineer (Control-M) will serve as a senior-level administrator responsible for managing, upgrading, and automating enterprise Control-M environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in Control-M infrastructure, scripting, and automation pipeline integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve asL3 Control-M Administrator, handling end-to-end system administration and automation tasks.

• PerformControl-M migrations, upgrades, and patching activities.

• Configure and maintainDatabase Mirroring,High Availability (HA), andFailover setups.

• Plan and executeDisaster Recovery (DR) activities.

• UtilizeControl-M Automation API (AAPI) to develop automation solutions and integrate with enterprise systems. 

• Implement and manage“Job as Code” setup and establishCI/CD pipelines for job promotion.

• Troubleshoot complex Control-M issues and ensure optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support automation and scheduling needs.

Technical Skills:

• Platform/Product: Control-M

• Server/Database: Oracle, SQL, MySQL 

• Programming Languages: Python, Shell Scripting 

• Operating Systems: Unix/Linux

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience asControl-M Administrator (L3). 

• Hands-on expertise in: 

Control-Mmigrations and upgrades 

Database mirroring andHA setup 

Failover andDisaster Recovery (DR) operations 

Automation API (AAPI) andJob as Code configuration 

CI/CD pipeline setup for job promotion
