As anIntern – Accounts Payable supporting theChina region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will ensure our accounting processes deliver exceptional impact through meticulous document handling, timely invoice processing, and effective communication inMandarin — helping our global business units maintain the financial health required to deliver care to patients.

The Opportunity

• Youmanage the full cycle of AP documentation, from receiving and sorting to barcoding and pre-archiving, ensuring all records are ready for further processing.

• Youvalidate and process PO and contract-based invoices, Non-PO invoices, and prepayments with high attention to detail.

• Yousupport financial accuracy by reviewing supplier open items, investigating non-successful payments, and performing balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Youcontribute to month-end excellence by participating in closing activities and preparing operational KPI reports based on affiliate requirements.

• Youact as a bridge for our China stakeholders, handling internal and external queries inMandarin and building effective partnerships with vendors.

• Youengage in continuous improvement by supporting system integration testing, participating in team projects, and initiating process enhancements.

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing or hold aDegree or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You arefluent in Mandarin (Mandatory), as this role specifically supports our affiliates and vendors inChina; you are also proficient in English.

• You have a strong interest incorporate finance and accounting, with a desire to learn best practices in a global shared services environment.

• You have a working knowledge ofMS Office tools; familiarity withSAP or other ERP systems is a significant advantage.

• You are aproactive communicator who enjoys resolving queries and working collaboratively within a "Buddy System" framework.

• You are available for a minimuminternship duration of six (6) months.
