- Strong hands-onJava and/or Python development experience.
- Proven experience working withREST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with at least oneHR, HRIS, or Workforce Management application, such as:
- Workday
- Kronos / UKG
- Oracle HCM
- SAP SuccessFactors
- ADP
- PeopleSoft
- StrongSQL and database development/querying experience.
- Hands-on experiencetroubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshootingHR application integrations and data interfaces.
- Strong experience withJava and Spring Boot.
- Experience withPython scripting and application development.
- Hands-on experience withWorkday integrations, including:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)
- Workday REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience withKronos / UKG integrations.
- Strong knowledge ofXML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Experience withAWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience withCI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Experience working inenterprise production environments, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and integration monitoring.
- Strong hands-onJava and/or Python development experience.
