Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedJava Lead / Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java application development, enterprise applications, and leading technical initiatives while continuing to contribute significantly to coding and development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support to the team.
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications using Java and related technologies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience inJava/J2EE development.
• Strong hands-on experience withCore Java, Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Experience developingRESTful APIs / Microservices.
• Strong knowledge ofSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with application development, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience withGit and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking technical ownership.
