We are looking for a skilledJava Developer with Generative AI experience to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, along with hands-on experience working withGenerative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
The candidate will work closely with architects, product teams, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI-enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications usingJava 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.
  • Develop scalableREST APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
  • IntegrateLLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms into Java applications.
  • Design and implementRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge and document-based applications.
  • Develop RAG pipelines involving:
    • Document ingestion and processing
    • Chunking and metadata management
    • Embeddings generation
    • Vector search
    • Context retrieval
    • Prompt construction
    • LLM response generation
  • Work withvector databases/search technologies such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or pgvector.
  • Applyprompt engineering and context engineering techniques to improve LLM responses.
  • Build AI-powered features such aschatbots, enterprise search, knowledge assistants, summarization, classification, and document intelligence.
  • Work with Java-based AI frameworks such asSpring AI, LangChain4j, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Implementfunction/tool calling and AI agent workflows where applicable.
  • UseGitHub Copilot effectively for code generation, refactoring, unit-test creation, documentation, debugging, and developer productivity.
Review and validate AI-generated code forcorrectness, security, performance, and maintainability
