Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedJava Full Stack Developer to join our technology team supporting a major client,Infosys, in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, business analysts, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications usingJava, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop robust and reusable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces usingReact.js or Angular.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, SQL queries, and performance optimization.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Integrate applications with third-party services and enterprise systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and design patterns.
• Develop unit and integration tests using appropriate testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Work with cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements related to scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency inJava 8/11/17+.
• Strong experience withSpring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience developingRESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong experience withReact.js or Angular.
• Strong knowledge ofJavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience withSpring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such asOracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience withGit and source-control practices.
• Experience with build tools such asMaven or Gradle.
• Knowledge ofJUnit, Mockito, and automated testing practices.
• Experience withDocker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such asJenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such asAWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working withKafka or other messaging platforms.
• Knowledge ofRedis or other caching technologies.
• Experience withmicroservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity withOAuth 2.0, JWT, and application security.
• Experience with observability tools such asSplunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
