Java Full-Stack Developer

Location: NYC, NY / Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedJava Full Stack Developer with8+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise inJava, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs usingJava and Spring Boot.

• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications usingReact and/or Angular.

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following established coding standards.

• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs.

• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases and write optimized SQL queries.

• Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across both frontend and backend layers.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support automated testing initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers when required.

• Identify opportunities for improving application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience withJava 8+ / Java 11+.

• Strong experience withSpring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.

• Strong experience developingRESTful APIs and microservices.

• Hands-on experience withReact and/or Angular.

• Strong knowledge ofJavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience withSQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

• Experience withGit and modern CI/CD practices.

• Understanding ofmicroservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience withunit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
