We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of handsāon experience in fullāstack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules endātoāend, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment.
This is a customerāfacing onāsite role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and handsāon expertise.
Participate in meetings with key business stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements.
Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprintārelated technical activities.
Own the endātoāend delivery of assigned user stories/featuresāfrom development through deployment.
Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical issues for the team.
Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders.
Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership.
Required Skills & Experience (Minimum 7 Years)

Additional Requirements
Must work from the customer's office at least three times per week.
Remote work is not permitted for this role.
