• 10 Yrs experience in Java Full Stack Development with Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience in frontend development using ReactJS or Angular
• Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure applications
• Should be actively using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI-assisted coding tools
• Ability to take complete ownership of modules from development to deployment
• Strong coding standards, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Experience in reviewing junior developers' code and mentoring team members
• Good understanding of system design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
