Must-Have
1. Must have 5+ years of IT experience
2. Strong Analytical skills
3. Java 18+, Core Java
4. Should have the capability to understand requirements and convert to design and provide pass the same seamlessly to the team who is working on the same.
5. Strong knowledge of Java Concepts, SQL, Multithreading, Microservices, Spring boot and Hibernate.
6. Strong hands on experience on concepts such as Multithreading, API integration etc.
7. Good to have UI technologies knowledge(HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Good-to-Have
1.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills
2. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
3. Docker for application containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration
4. Implementing & managing CI/CD pipelines using Maven to automate builds, tests & deployments for faster & more reliable delivery cycles.
Strong Knowledge of J2EE(Spring/Hibernate)
Shell Scripting
Should be proficient working in J2EE and Database queries
Should have good knowledge of UI Technologies like HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT
