Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & AI Integration
  • Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models, including NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Build and refine Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search, and prompt engineering optimizations.
• Data Engineering & Pipelines
  • Construct optimized data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable data feeds for model training and testing.
• Deployment & MLOps
  • Package ML models into REST APIs and microservices for seamless integration into existing software frameworks.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD workflows, model versioning, and automated retraining pipelines.
  • Monitor model performance post-deployment, detect model drift, and optimize accuracy and latency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Java; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• ML/AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• GenAI & NLP: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), Hugging Face ecosystem, LangChain, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
