Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17+).
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and software development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
