She could not demonstrate knowledge of application build process
She could not demonstrate required level of proficiency for Java/Spring
Unfortunately, we may not be able to proceed with XX's profile due to lack of core API design and development knowledge we are looking for.
I conducted the interview myself. I did not find him suitable for the role. He could not explain the basics of Spring REST based micro services. In terms of his work experience, I think he has not actively worked on build projects because he was not able to explain his work in the most recent project or any past project
XX's technical knowledge was very shallow when it comes to Java/Spring based microservices. He had no experience on Kubernetes, and he could not explain build process properly for containerized application and around the pipeline
