·10+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on hands-on development
·Strong proficiency in Java (Java 21+) with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Quarkus
·At least 2 years of relevant experience with functional programming, reactive architecture and non-blocking I/O
·Experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems
·Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka / MQ)
·Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
·Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
·Good exposure to database technologies (PostgreSQL / NoSQL)
·Understanding of security best practices in backend systems (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)
