Define the overall full stack architecture (UI, API, services, data, AI integration)Establish microservices-based, API-first architecture patternsDesign reusable components and scalable frontend frameworksEnsure modular, extensible, and future-ready platform designDefine UI architecture for Digital Twin dashboards, skills graphs, career paths, analytics, and AI assistantsStandardize frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)Ensure performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive designEstablish component libraries and design system alignmentArchitect scalable backend services using Node.js / Java / .NET / PythonDefine REST/GraphQL API standardsDesign service orchestration and integration layersImplement event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)Integrate AI/ML services for skills inference, workforce forecasting, career recommendationsEnable GenAI use cases (chat assistants, profile summarization, workforce insights)Architect real-time personalization enginesSupport model serving and AI observabilityDesign cloud-native architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP)Define containerization strategy (Docker, Kubernetes)Implement CI/CD pipelinesEnsure scalability, performance, and resilienceImplement secure authentication (OAuth2, SSO, SAML)Define RBAC and fine-grained authorizationEnsure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security policiesConduct architecture risk assessments12–15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture rolesStrong experience in frontend frameworks (React preferred)Strong backend architecture expertise (Java / Node.js / .NET / Python)Experience building enterprise SaaS platformsExperience with cloud-native architecturesKnowledge of microservices and event-driven systemsFamiliarity with AI/ML integration patternsStrong understanding of performance tuning and scalabilityExperience leading distributed/global teams
