Experience Range – 3 to 5 Years.(MANDATORY TOTAL YEAR) Location – Bangalore (DRIVE-WHITEFIELD) (WORK LOCATION- HEBBAL) Shift – Rotational Shift (including Night Shifts) Competency Required • Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in performing helpdesk & support activities for enterprise applications including client/ server and web applications • Familiar and good working knowledge of J2EE applications, mobile applications, programming languages such as Java, databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and scripting capabilities. • Experience with Issue tracking software. Roles and Responsibilities • Work with the Application Development & Maintenance team to resolve issues as and when required. • Build automated scripts and demonstrate strong scripting skills for both trivial and non-trivial tasks. • Diagnose and resolve application related issues logged with the helpdesk. • Log all application related issues from end users into the Issue tracking software. Categorize and provide a 1st level diagnosis for reported issues in the software. • Provide status update on all logged issues as & when required. • Ensure compliance with SLAs for application related issues logged with the helpdesk. |
