Jacks Meribel Head Chef

We're looking for a Head Chef for Jacks Méribel this winter (Nov–Apr).

Jacks is a busy bar and kitchen in the heart of the 3 Valleys — proper food, big volume, good music, even better team. We need someone who can run a section-tight kitchen, hold standards on a full house, and lead a crew rather than just cook for them.
