Jack Henry Digital Banking Product Analyst – Banno & OpenAnywhere

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Jack Henry Digital Banking Product Analyst – Banno & OpenAnywhere for their Remote location.
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant product analyst experience (required)
• Experience in data mapping across systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Proven experience in Jack Henry Core Banking platform (New Digital Core)
• Proven experience in Jack Henry Banno (front end) & Open Anywhere (Onboarding application)
• Design & define training framework for digital channel operations teams
• Define training documents for new digital channel operations team
• Define a training matrix structure for L0-L3 tiered support across Jack Henry & 3rd party applications and their scope of service
• Execute training for operations team members (L0-L3 levels)
• Guide users on self-service capabilities for L0 level support
