Pay Rate: $13/hr

Location: Monroe Township, NJ

Shift: Monday-Friday; You can choose either Day or Night shift!

Summary:

• Full Time & Permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and production schedules are met
• Ensure build quality and product usage meet productivity and financial metrics
• Responsible for safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run
• Facilitate and coordinate employee training to ensure procedures and quality requirements are met
• Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of warehouse experience
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Preferred Skills:

• Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required
