AbouttheRole

As a Tactical Buyer, your primary focus will be managing andprocessingcustomerandsupplierordersthroughouttheentireorderlifecycle.WorkingextensivelyinourERPsystem,youwillensureorderaccuracy,timelydeliveries,andsmoothcommunicationbetweensuppliers,customers,andinternalstakeholders.

Thisisahands-onoperationalroleforsomeonewhoenjoysworkingwithsystems,data,andprocesseswhiledeliveringexcellentservice.

KeyResponsibilities

• ProcessandmanagepurchaseordersandcustomerordersintheERPsystem

• Ensureaccurateorderdata,pricing,quantities,anddeliveryinformation

• Monitoropenordersandproactivelyfollowupondeliveriesandorderstatus

• Maintainregularcommunicationwithsuppliersandinternalstakeholders

• Resolveorderdiscrepancies,deliveryissues,andmaterialavailabilitychallenges

• Supportinventorymanagementandoperationalpurchasingactivities

• Maintainhighdataqualityandcontributetoprocessimprovements

• Supportreportingandotheradministrativetasksrelatedtoordermanagement
