Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Summary

We are seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to provide part-time clinical oversight and supervision for in-home care services. The role focuses primarily on client assessments and reassessments, care planning, supervisory visits, and caregiver competency sign-offs rather than direct patient care.

This is aPRN, part-time position with 4 scheduled hours per week. The RN will set availability in advance and work steady weekday hours rather than being on call. The role requires travel within the assigned service area in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and update client care plans.
• Complete required 90-day client re-evaluations.
• Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers providing in-home services.
• Evaluate and sign off on caregiver competencies.
• Maintain required clinical documentation related to assessments and supervisory activities.
• Support additional administrative or clinical oversight responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• ActiveVirginia RN license or valid compact RN license.
• Meet theTB requirement for the position.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to travel toCentreville, Herndon, Fair Oaks, Chantilly, and South Riding, Virginia.
• Availability for scheduled weekday hours.
• Comfortable performing in-home assessments, supervisory visits, and caregiver oversight.
