Schedule: Hybrid – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite (No Remote Option)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility)
Contract: 6+ months with potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid passport

About the Role

Thales is looking for an experiencedIVVQM / Senior Project Validation Lead to lead validation, verification, testing, and quality activities for complexIdentity and Biometric solutions.

You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Software Engineers, Infrastructure, Product Management, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• LeadIntegration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities for complex projects.

• Develop and execute validation strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality assurance plans.

• LeadFunctional, Integration, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage test execution, defects, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Work directly with customers throughout project implementation, testing, acceptance, and issue escalation.

• Partner with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.

• Review technical specifications, designs, and test scripts.

• Support test automation and regression testing.

• Monitor project risks, test coverage, schedules, and deliverables.

• Support production deployments and provide Level 3 technical support when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8–10+ years of experience working on complex software/technology solutions.

• 3+ years of project leadership experience managing validation projects or work packages.

• Strong experience withIVVQ methodologies and testing processes.

• Experience withWeb/Mobile technologies, application servers, and web services.

• Strong experience withAPI testing using SOAP/REST.

• Experience withSQL and database testing.

• Knowledge ofTCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and LDAP.

• Experience withJIRA or similar defect management tools.

• Strong understanding ofSDLC, release management, and application security.

• Experience withtest automation and AI-enabled testing technologies.

• Experience withAWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.

Important: Must be a U.S. or Dual Citizen and able to obtain required post-hire clearance fromCFIUS and the U.S. Department of Treasury.
