Detailed Job Description
Validate endtoend IVR and contact center call flows.Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cyara.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.Analyze test results and identify defects in IVR applications.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.Ensure quality and performance of voice and customer interaction systems.Generate test reports and provide status updates to project teams.
