Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
