Project Management Intern - Premium Wine Fridge & Cabinet Brand

About our Client

• Our client is a premium wine storage and lifestyle appliance business, with products sold through major retail partners as well as their own online store, and operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• They've built a strong track record of developing interns into capable, well-rounded professionals, with six previous interns having come through the business and gone on to build on that experience elsewhere.

About the Role

• We're looking for aProject Management Intern who can help coordinate and drive forward projects across four key areas of the business: supply chain, marketing, IT (including a new ERP implementation), and logistics.
• This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can manage several moving pieces at once, and wants exposure to how a retail business actually operates end-to-end — not just one narrow function.

• Supply Chain:Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of supply chain improvement projects, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Marketing:Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and help track and report on performance across the brands.
• IT — New ERP Implementation:Support the rollout of a new ERP system, including testing and documentation, and help track timelines and flag risks early.
• Logistics:Support projects aimed at improving delivery times, cost, and reliability, coordinating between warehouse, freight partners, and customer-facing teams.

About You

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload across several concurrent projects.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across different parts of the business.
• Currently studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Duration: 4-6 months
• Start date: ASAP
• Type: Part-time internship, approx. 3 days per week
• Work arrangement: On-site only, Alexandria, NSW
• A monthly allowance is provided to help cover expenses
