TheCatering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering and event revenue through proactive sales, strong client relationships, and the successful planning and coordination of events at our luxuryCurio Collection by Hilton property.

This role will activelyprospect and develop new business, respond to catering inquiries, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate event details, and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

The Catering Sales Manager will manage assignedcorporate meetings, social events, weddings, celebrations, and other catering opportunities from initial inquiry through turnover and execution, ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated and every detail reflects our luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities include achieving catering sales goals, maintaining an active sales pipeline, conducting prospecting activities, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating menus and event details, maintaining accurate client and event information, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue through food, beverage, meeting space, and additional hotel services.

The position will work closely withConference Services, Banquets, Culinary, Sales, Revenue Management, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and successful event execution.

The ideal candidate has previoushotel catering sales, event sales, hospitality sales, or event management experience, with strong relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and communication skills. The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing proactive sales activities with detailed event planning while managing multiple clients and deadlines.

Luxury or full-service hotel experience is highly preferred, and previous Hilton or Curio Collection experience is a plus.

Schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client and event needs, may be required.
