Senior Associate - Dairy Field Operations - UP

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute program workstreams efficiently in the designated area.
• Ensure all field activities align with quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular monitoring of program implementation and report key observations.
• Identify challenges in field operations and propose solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on support in capacity-building initiatives for field teams.
• Assist the Manager in executing additional activities and strategic field level initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field operations and program progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partner organizations to drive improvements in program delivery.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and other process documentation.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to pilot, implement, and institutionalize process improvements.
• Supporting teams in the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools through effective communication and change management across projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Required Languages:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree in Dairy, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in program execution, field operations, or dairy development projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of field compliance, governance, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Location: UP (Meerut and nearby districts)
