At Rosina Food Products, we take pride in producing safe, high-quality food. We’re looking for a Food Quality Inspector to join our 3rd shift team, If you're detail-oriented and passionate about food safety, this is your opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the industry.
Pay & Schedule:
$21-$23 per hour, depending on experience + $1.50 Shift Differential
Schedule: 2pm-12:30am OR 7:00pm-5:30am
Full-time position with consistent hours
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps
Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
Train production staff on quality standards and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Work Environment:
Fast-paced food manufacturing setting
Exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions
Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
