OPEN POSITIONS: 

FITNESS FLOOR ASSOCIATE (1)  – $16.43 hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 18 years of age is required
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred
  • YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
  • New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings(completed within 90 days of hire)

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Part Time approx. 8 - 10 hours weekly
• Thursday shift between the hours of 3pm - 8pm (flexibility with a different weekday shift)
• Sunday - 8am - 2pm
