Position Summary
Plans, organizes, and manages customer interface in aircraft maintenance and repair operations for designated customer programs including both hangar and line maintenance activities. Â Develops and implements actions to accomplish delivery of quality products and services in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedules. Â Develops operating plans and manpower requirements necessary to meet both short and long term objectives. Expectation is to consistently meet set KPIs, set clear expectations for supervisors and hold them accountable to those expectations, and ensure 100% safety compliance at all times. |

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1 | Plan, schedule, and manage all activities of aircraft maintenance and repair operations on a customer program, including both hangar and line maintenance activities. |
2 | Provide liaison directly with customers, and Project Supervisors within the limits of existing contracts and agreed-upon work scopes, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while managing cost-effective operations. |
3 | Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with customer requirements, FAA regulations, and company policy. |
4 | Responsible for all budgetary items to include but not limited to fixed hours, T&M hours, EBITDA, leftover material and TAT. |
5 | Responsible for the managing the program team to adequately address all relevant issues within applicable specifications and standards. Â Escalates issues that cannot be resolved by the team to the Director of Maintenance. |
6 | Prepare necessary customer requirement plans to ensure achievement of planned milestones. Â Prepares other reports and correspondence relative to program operations, status, costs and status sheet to accurately reflect the aircraft status. |
7 | Maintain liaison with management in other functional areas to exchange information, coordinate efforts, report status, and resolve problems. |
8 | Initiate and recommend approval of personnel actions including PTO, pay changes, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and leaves of absence. |
8 | Interview, select and/or recommend hire of employees; and provides appropriate training for departmental personnel. |
9 | Document, report, and investigate all accidents in accordance with SMS policy and procedures. |
10 | All other duties as assigned. |
