Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in procurement focus on purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. These individuals enable the organisation to obtain quality goods and services at the best possible price.

Those in goods, products and services procurement at PwC will focus on executing, managing and optimising purchase processes and some supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for assisting the organisation in obtaining quality goods at the appropriate price, driving cost savings and operational efficiency.

PwC Vietnam is seekinga Senior Associate to join Internal Firm Services (IFS) in a dual rolesupporting both Procurement and Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

Assist inimplementing procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines
Support vendormanagement,document preparation, and basic negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
Helptrackvendor performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
Act as an enabler by coordinating with internal stakeholders tokeep the purchase cycle smooth and ensure compliance with firm policy,procedures and relevant regulations.

IFS Transformation Support

Contribute to transformation projects by coordinating workstreams,supportingproject plans, and tracking progress.
Gather andanalyze data to identify areas forcontinuousimprovement.
Preparerelatedmaterials such as communications, presentations, andevents/trainingaids.
Assist in developing KPIs and reporting to measure project outcomes and impact.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Currently a PwC employee in any line of service
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communicationabilitiesto work effectivelyacross teams and levels
Analytical,problem-solvingand innovativemindset; comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools
Interest in developing expertise in procurement or business transformation (training and guidance will be provided)
Demonstrated reliability and a track record of delivering on commitments withinPwCprojects and engagements
