WearelookingforanexperiencedQuality Manager to lead and integrate Manufacturing Quality, Product Quality, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) atourChippenhamsite.ThisisahighlyvisibleleadershiprolepartneringwithOperations,Engineering,R&D,Suppliers,andCustomerstobuildrobustqualitysystems,improvemanufacturingperformance,andembedqualitythroughouttheentireproductlifecycle.

About the job:

• Leadandmaintainthesite'sQualityManagementSystem(QMS),ensuringcompliancewithapplicablequalitystandardsandbusinessrequirements.

• PartnerwithManufacturingandEngineeringteamstodevelopandmaintainQualityPlans,ControlPlans,andFMEAactivities.

• Driveyieldimprovement,processcapabilityenhancement,anddefectreductioninitiatives.

• Ensurequalityrequirementsareintegratedthroughoutnewproductdevelopmentandmanufacturingtransferprocesses.

• Leadinternalaudits,correctiveactions,andcontinuousimprovementprograms.

• Monitorproductqualityperformance,customercomplaints,non-conformances,andcost-of-poor-qualitymetricstoidentifyimprovementopportunities.

• Overseeincoming,outgoing,product,andsupplierqualityactivities.

• Leadcustomercomplaintresolutionandfacilitatecross-functional root-cause investigations using 8D and corrective-actionmethodologies.

• Driveeffectivechangemanagementprocessesandqualitygovernance.

• Establishandimprovequalitystandards,procedures,anderror-proofingapproachesthatsupportazero-defectculture.

• Maintainqualitydocumentation,reportingsystems,andcompliancerecords.

• Trackandcommunicatekeyqualityperformanceindicatorstositeandgloballeadershipteams.

• Coordinateexternalaudits,certifications,andregulatoryinspections.

• Deliverorsupportquality-relatedtrainingacrosstheorganization.

• Promoteacultureofaccountability,riskmanagement,andcontinuousimprovement.

About you:

• 5+ years of experienceleadingqualityfunctionswithinamanufacturingenvironment.

• StrongknowledgeofqualitymanagementsystemsandISOstandards.

• Demonstratedsuccessleadingaudits,managingcomplianceactivities,anddrivingoperationalimprovement.

• Stronganalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingskills.

• Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementcapabilities.

• Abilitytoinfluencecross-functionalteamsandleadthroughcollaboration.

Preferred

• Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,Quality,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.

• ProfessionalcertificationsuchasLeadAuditor,CQI,SixSigma,orequivalent.

• Experienceinsemiconductor,electronics,industrial,oradvancedmanufacturingenvironments.
