Who We Are Looking For:

Every day, Cambia’s Shipping and Receiving Clerks are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a member of Cambia's IT Support Services team that supports Cambia's population of 4,500 employees. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping of IT desktop equipment.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

Qualifications:  

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will have a High School diploma and a minimum of one year work related experience.

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Proficient using a personal computer, mobile device, and Bluetooth scanner
• Ability to work independently
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Learn quickly and adapt to change
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

• Handle the shipment and receipt of all desktop equipment
• Assemble new hire, break fix and termination boxes sent to customers
• Create inbound and outbound shipping labels using UPS global shipping tool
• Cleaning, sorting, and boxing of incoming and outgoing desktop equipment
• Accurate scanning of equipment into and out of inventory
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve shipping issues raised by customers
• Maintain a clean and neat shipping and receiving staging area

Work Environment

• Duties are performed primarily in an office environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

National pay structure —applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $18.00 - $25.00/hour and the bonus target is 5%. The expected salary range is $18.00 - $19.30/hour.

We are happy to offer work from home options for most of our roles. To take advantage of this flexible option, we require employees to have a wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular and internet service with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and a minimum download speed of 10 Mb.
