Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Manage and configure ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Monitor and manage events, alerts, and operational data within ServiceNow.
• Configure event rules, event mappings, alert management, and event correlation.
• Integrate ServiceNow Event Management with monitoring and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ITOM and Event Management issues.
• Work on event processing, alert generation, and noise reduction.
• Configure and maintain ITOM-related workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to understand monitoring and event management requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure ServiceNow ITOM solutions follow platform best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders and team members.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Event Management is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of Event Management, event processing, alert management, and event correlation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and third-party tools.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
