Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in trailer sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the commercial trailer market.
• Languages:Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team in Tanzania, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including both large enterprises and small- to medium- sized businesses.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to upper management.
