Sales Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Intern to join our team in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales and marketing within the fast-paced consumer goods industry. The Sales Intern will work closely with our sales team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of sales operations, market analysis, and customer relationship 
management.

• 1. Qualifications:

● Recently graduated within the last two years or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Duration:1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

● Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

● Participate in customer visits and sales meetings to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

● Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
