Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Engaging with new clients and maintaining 90% customer retention
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Maintain good customer service and satisfaction with clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Level of Education at least Degree
• Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman for at least 2-3 years
• Good experience on sales for 2-3years
• Should have computer skills
