Physician Practice Accountant

Approximately 1 hour from Oklahoma City, OK

We have several physician practices with 26 physicians looking for an accountant to oversee their financial business.

The Accountant generates financial reports based on day-to-day business operations for physician practices and will, from time to time, be assigned special projects by the Controller and/or CFO. Will play an integral role in month-end closing and financial reporting. Will serve as resource to gather and provide accounting/financial data to support efficient operations and management of our departments.

MUST HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A PHYSICIAN PRACTICE OR HOSPITAL AS AN ACCOUNTANT

Education:   BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Related Field

Experience /Skills Required: 

2-4 years of accounting experience required in a Physician Practice/Healthcare.

Trouble Shooting and Problem Solving Skills

Budget and Month End Skills a must

Must be solutions oriented and can work independently
