Reservations Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially drivenReservations Supervisor to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The Reservation Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional reservation experience for our guests while supporting revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and the development of our Reservations team.

• Supervise daily reservation operations and ensure all bookings are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Support and guide the Reservations team, ensuring consistently high service standards.

• Handle individual, corporate, group, and VIP reservations with attention to detail.

• Ensure correct application of rates, packages, promotions, cancellation policies, and payment conditions.

• Monitor reservation quality, traces, special requests, and guest preferences.

• Work closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication.

• Support inventory and availability management and help identify opportunities to maximize revenue.

• Monitor upselling opportunities and encourage effective room and package upselling.

• Ensure accurate use of PMS, CRS, and Accor reservation systems.

• Handle guest and travel partner inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of Reservations team members.

• Ensure compliance with Sofitel and Accor standards, procedures, and data protection requirements.

• Previous experience in Reservations within an international 5-star hotel environment.

• Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room categories, rates, and revenue principles.

• Experience withOpera PMS and Accor reservation systems is an advantage.

• Excellent command ofEnglish and Turkish, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Guest-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
