Head of Compliance (Limassol Cyprus)

We are looking for an experiencedHead of Compliance to lead the compliance function of a growing international iGaming business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the company’scompliance framework, policies and governance

• Ensure compliance withAML, KYC, Responsible Gambling, data protection and regulatory requirements

• Manage regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions, includingUK, Spain, Sweden and Portugal

• Overseelicence applications, audits, inspections and regulatory reporting

• Act as a key point of contact with regulators and external legal partners

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement improvements

• Oversee marketing and customer-related compliance, includingSafer Gambling and AML decisions

• Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team

• Work closely with operational, technical and senior management teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of iGaming compliance experience

• Strong knowledge ofMGA, UKGC, SGA, DGA and other regulated markets

• Strong understanding ofAML, KYC and Responsible Gambling

• Proven experience dealing directly with regulators, audits and licensing

• Previousteam leadership/management experience

• Degree inLaw, Finance, Business or related field; legal background preferred

• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated environment
