Items Analyst

PGS Worldwide is seeking anItems Analyst in Gilbert, Arizona for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support supply chain, warehouse, repair, inventory, shipping, and general office operations for a military sustainment program.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience operating aforklift and/or pallet stacker.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• 3–5 years of experience operating anon-CDL box truck with a lift gate.
• 3–5 years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting inventory, materials, logistics, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Logistics, Business Administration, or another relevant technical degree; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.

Preferred Skills

• 3–5 years of experience packaging materials for shipment to commercial and/or military standards.
• 3–5 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 3–5 years of experience using inventory-management software.
• Experience with U.S. Army supply operations.
• Familiarity with Army regulations and supply procedures.
• Prior military experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet contractual requirements and performance metrics.
• Experience working within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process repair inductions and closures for assets sent to external repair depots and suppliers.
• Process hardware requests supporting repair activities.
• Coordinate kit deliveries supporting hardware selloff and fielding schedules.
• Work with production and configuration-data teams to support material and delivery requirements.
• Process obsolete or unrepairable assets for excess or scrap disposition.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and supply-chain activities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet stackers, and non-CDL box trucks as required.
• Support shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory, and material-movement activities.
• Interface with government sustainment and repair organizations.
• Produce reports and business correspondence.
• Support general office operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and material records.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Full-time onsite in Gilbert, Arizona.
• Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• 4x10 schedule.

Pay

• $29.95 per hour.
• Overtime eligible.
