Senior System Software Engineer

NVIDIA BSP software team is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic BSP experts, with strong experience in embedded systems who are passionate about solving complex problems spanning across the stack and have expertise on SOC architecture, have decent knowledge of EC, UEFI and related components.

We are looking for self-driven, energetic engineers who are not bounded to specific domain and have sharp problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly and effectively contribute.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and Solve product level problems across SOC products.
• Bring-up new SOC and GPU architecture.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to ensure seamless BSP integration with their platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain BSP components, including bootloaders, device drivers, and kernel.
• Work closely with hardware and software teams to develop new solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to BSP and embedded systems.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• In-depth expertise in BSP development for SoC platforms.
• Experience with various SoC platforms such as ARM, x86, or RISC-V.
• Proven experience in designing operating system agnostic BSPs.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, device drivers, and kernel development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiarity with AI tools to solve complex problems.
• Experience with developing UEFI and EC features.
• Lead SOC development end-to-end for specific domain.
