Élan Partners is seeking anIT Vendor Management Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a large financial services organization. This position will support technology vendor management, supplier governance, contract administration, and operational performance across an enterprise IT environment.
The ideal candidate has experience working with technology vendors, monitoring supplier performance, managing SLAs and KPIs, and coordinating across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT Operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT vendor management, supplier management, supplier governance, procurement operations, contract administration, program management, or operations.
- Experience working with enterprise technology vendors, IT services, end-user computing (EUC), or IT asset management.
- Experience withServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity withPower BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding, RFP processes, contract renewals, or compliance activities.
- Experience monitoring and reporting on vendor SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and operational performance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and drive issues through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor governance meetings, supplier performance reviews, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor supplier SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and service delivery performance.
- Support vendor onboarding, transitions, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Track vendor risks, escalations, corrective action plans, and operational issues through resolution.
- Assist with sourcing activities, RFP coordination, and supplier evaluations.
- Support contract administration, renewals, and tracking of contractual obligations.
- Prepare vendor performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain supplier governance documentation, operating procedures, and audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT Operations to support vendor performance and service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier governance processes and operational efficiency.
