• Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program portfolio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and utilization tracking.
