Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering
  • 4 years dedicated Aerospace experience
  • Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
  • Knowledge in both metallic and composite aero structures/ Nacelles components
  • Ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds, experience, and education levels
  • Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Tooling, Production, Quality) to assure the requirement is completed correctly and delivered per schedule to the customer

Detailed Job Description:

Program Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables
  • Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays

Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Support EVM data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Track PV, EV, AC, SPI, and CPI metrics
  • Assist with variance analysis and corrective actions

Reporting & Tracking

  • Create dashboards, trackers, action item logs, and status reports
  • Develop Excel-based reporting tools
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions

Program Support

  • Support program reviews and leadership reporting
  • Prepare presentations, metrics, and status updates
  • Support ad hoc requests from Program Managers

Minimum Years of Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management in Aerospace industries

Education:

Bachelor’s / Masters

Top 3 Responsibilities:
